Why?
In 2014 I kicked off a Salesforce practice on my own.
There was so much I did not know. There were lots of mistakes I made that slowed us down and cost us revenue and profit.
Over time I met a group of like minded people on the same journey and we started exchanging stories and learning from each other.
My initial thought was that these people were my competition. I wanted to keep things to myself. However, over time I realised there is space for all of us and that a spirit of co-opetition made more sense. Together we all ended up stronger.
Ultimately the practice I started grew to over 100 people after 8 years and it was acquired.
The Foundry is designed to help facilitate that same kind of experience. It is about bringing together groups of like minded founders who are on the same journey to enable everyone to thrive.
